Qualifications for the Core Council:
Minimum Token Requirement: CC members need a minimum of 3% in supply of SHARBI tokens. (Every 750M Sharbi on Base or 750M Sharbi on Solana counts as 1%)
Voting Rights: The CC votes on all key decisions that guide the direction of the project.
Leadership Selection: The CC selects the Sharbi Dao Administration Team.
Vote Procedure: Each member can propose a vote, which is decided by anonymous poll in the CC Telegram group. Collectively votes are discussed and questions are answered inside the BBC/ Whale Group.
New Dao Member Process: New members apply upon reaching 3% and undergo a screening process.

Expenditure Authorization: Expenditures exceeding $5,000 must be authorized through the CC Vote Procedure.
